The Division of Immune Correction of Chronic Hepatitis specializes in development of comprehensive etiotropic and pathogenetic therapy schemes for patients with chronic and non–infectious hepatitis. The Division conducts trials of antiviral and hepaprotective drugs. Scientific activities include studies of oxidative and immune status in patients, research and treatment of extrahepatic manifestations of Chronic HCV (cryoglobulinemia, sialoadenitis, encephalopathy).
